You now how when you buy stuff a statement is mailed home of all the things you bought for the past month. So if you buy using prepaid credit card is the statement mailed home?

That depends completely upon how the account was set up in the first place. Many of these relationships are completely “on line” . . . log in to your account and print off your own statement.
Many places are going “paperless” these days ~ that’s paperless for the company and not paperless for you if you print your own statement. Check with the company that the card is with ~ they’ll know what the account says if your original paper work in getting the card doesn’t tell you.
