can please someone help me, i have a presentation about plastic card, i got all the information needed but i still can’t figure out the difference between Master cards and Visa cards, aren’t they the same? i mean isn’t Visa card part of Master card, for it’s fully charged, just like the Master card, but the Master card on top of being fully charged it could be also revolving.
isn’t that right?

I have several Visa or Mastercard gift cards where I have used up most of the balance, but still have small balances left on each ($1 to $5.) I’m cheap so I’d like to get all the value out of these cards. Are their merchants who let you combine cards? What is the best way to use these up?

I’m interested in applying for the Rewards 660 Visa card for people with bad credit. What do you think of it? Where can I apply for it online? Thanks.
