Gas Credit Card Chevron, Chevron Gas Stations, Credit Card, Lot 7 Comments
I currently have Chevron but it’s very exspensive not only the APR but at their gas stations. What I do like about them is that there are a lot of Chevron gas stations so their easy to find but I’m looking for something cheaper.

The Citi Driver’s Edge MasterCard is my personal favorite. It offers 6% rewards on gas/grocery/drug store spending for the first year (and more if you participate in the “Drive Rewards” program).
However, there may be other cards that are even a better deal for your spending profile. To quickly calculate which rewards credit card will pay you the most for your normal spending, you can use this rewards calculator:

None of them. They all have super high interest rates. Pay cash or use a Visa card with a normal rate. If you can’t afford gasoline you don’t want to acquire more debt for daily needs, look at your budget something probably needs to change.

The first credit card for gas that you can apply online is the Discover Gas Card.
Another card that is an instant approval card, having gas rewards along with various other rewards is the Hilton Honors Platinum Credit Card. It gives rewards at eligible gas stations, supermarkets, and many other places.

Instead of limiting yourself to a specific gas station (like with your Chevron card)… why not choose a more ‘generic’ gas credit card? There’s many options– all of which will allow you to earn rebates at a variety of gas stations (anywhere from 3%-5%). Take a look at the Chase Perfect and Discover Open Road cards above…
Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!
